ABOUT ME

In my avatar as the revered matriarch of a tribe that stretches from the flats of Henderson to the foothills of Mount Charleston, by day I work as a book editor in the exciting, 24-hour town called Las Vegas, Nevada. Sadly, though the town may stay open all 24 hours of the day, I can only stay awake for about 18.

I've been other things: a teacher, a journalist, a cartoonist, a speechwriter, a puppet, a pauper, a piper, a poet . . . you gather my inference. Along the way I've done what you'd expect from the author of "a funny, sexy, taboo-busting, twisted tale of girls gone wild and women on top."

I can be found at poetry readings, literary events, and Karaoke bars all across the Las Vegas valley; I also throw tea parties, visit secondhand stores, and am very big on putting my shopping cart back where I got it.

Spunk, a Fable, is my first novel for adults. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed researching and writing it; it really is a sexy, twisted, taboo-busting tale of girls gone wild. Really wild.
